These Terms and Conditions govern the use of House of Brides UAE’s website, products, and services. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to amend or modify these terms at any time, without notice.

2. *Product Information*
- All of our dresses are handmade in the UAE, using premium and original materials.
- Each product is unique and may have slight variations from the images displayed on the website.
- Product prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. *Orders and Payments*
- Orders are processed once full payment is received. We accept various methods of payment, including Debit card, Credit card, Tabby 4 split Installments.
- For in-store purchases, we accept credit/debit cards through our card payment machine and cash.
- All payments must be made in AED (UAE Dirhams).

4. *Delivery and Shipping*
- We offer delivery within the UAE and Oman. Delivery times and charges will vary depending on the location and the nature of the order.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, courier delays).
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct.

5. *Returns and Exchanges*
- Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of our bridal dresses, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty.
- In the case of defects or errors, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for an exchange or alteration.
- Custom-made dresses cannot be refunded or exchanged.

6. *Alterations*
- Alterations are available for all bridal dresses at an additional cost.
- Customers are advised to schedule fitting appointments at least 3 months before their wedding date.

7. *Cancellations*
- Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing an order. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted due to the custom nature of the dresses.
- For custom orders, a deposit is required, which is non-refundable after the design process has begun.

8. *Intellectual Property*
- All designs, images, and content on the House of Brides UAE website and store are the intellectual property of House of Brides and cannot be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

9. *Privacy Policy*
- Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. *Liability*
- House of Brides UAE will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
- We are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by external factors such as shipping carriers, customs delays, or acts of God.

11. *Governing Law*
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
