At *House of Brides UAE*, we pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the bespoke nature of our luxury bridal dresses, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges. Please review our return policy below:

1. *No Returns or Exchanges on Custom-Made Orders*
- All custom-made and bespoke bridal dresses are created specifically for each client based on their unique measurements and preferences. Therefore, *we do not accept returns or exchanges* on any custom-made orders.
2. *Faulty or Defective Products*
- In the rare event that a product is faulty or defective, please notify us within *7 days* of receiving the item.
- To be eligible for an exchange or alteration, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
- If we determine that the product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer a repair, exchange, or alteration free of charge.
3. *Alteration Services*
- We offer alterations on all bridal dresses for a fee. Alterations do not qualify for a return or refund, and customers are responsible for any alteration costs after purchase.
- We advise clients to schedule fittings at least *2-3 months* before the wedding date to allow sufficient time for any necessary adjustments.
4. *Cancellations*
- Orders for custom-made dresses can only be canceled within *2 hours* of placing the order. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted, as work on the dress would have commenced.
- Deposits for custom-made dresses are *non-refundable* once the design and production process begins.
